Avelo Airlines Continues to Expand at Tweed-New Haven Airport
New Orleans Route and Doubled Puerto Rico Service Announced
Avelo Airlines announced today that it will continue to grow its presence at Tweed-New Haven Airport (HVN) with a new nonstop route to New Orleans and doubled flight service to Puerto Rico.
The new New Orleans route will operate twice weekly, on Mondays and Fridays, beginning October 20, 2024.
The expanded Puerto Rico service will also begin on October 20, 2024, with daily nonstop flights to Luis Muñoz MarÃn International Airport (SJU) in San Juan.
These announcements come on the heels of Avelo's recent launch of new service from HVN to Orlando, Fort Myers, and Tampa, Florida.
