WASHINGTON (WEB) - The Biden administration is withdrawing its COVID-19 vaccination-or-test requirement for large employers, citing the Supreme Court's recent ruling blocking the mandate. The requirement, which would have impacted an estimated 84 million workers, was initially set to take effect on January 18th. However, the Supreme Court ruled 6-3 on January 13th that the administration overstepped its authority in issuing the mandate.
